A Standard delivery fee of R40 will be charged on all orders.

Once you have placed your order with Flowers Express, your fresh flowers will be delivered the next working day.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, however we do guarantee the day of delivery.

Delivery times (Monday to Friday) are between 09H00 to 17H00. Saturdays are from 09H00 to 13H00.

To ensure that delivery takes place as you have requested please ensure that the address you have provided is as complete as possible and that a contact number has been provided for the intended recipient.

Flower availability

Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, all flowers are subject to availability.

We will endeavour to supply items as described on our website and only display items that are in season, but from time to time stock may become limited. In the event of this, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.

Small alterations to bouquets will be made at our discretion, but if large alterations to an order would be required we will try to contact you via email and phone to discuss alternatives. If we are unable to contact you via the contact methods provided prior to the time that we make up your order, we will assume that you accept the substitution.
